The RMOA Research Database is a centralised database of research projects within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District for medical officers to engaging in research opportunities. It serves as a one-stop database for Senior Medical Officers and Registrars to advertise projects for Junior Medical Officers and Registrars to join.

The database is managed by the RMOA with the assistance of the TWH Library by curating the Ovid website which hosts the database. Projects are grouped into 3 areas - medicine, surgery, and critical care - which are managed by different RMOA Committee Members.

This initiative is partnered with Research Central which assists clinicians within the hospital to produce high-quality research and help with statistical analysis.
